Help How do I require parents to use a valid e-mail address when registering? When required, OPTIS will make parents follow instructions contained in an e-mail to activate their account therefore ensuring parents use a valid e-mail address.
Locate the Tools link from the menu.
A drop-down menu will appear. Click the Settings link.
Ensure the Require Parents to Activate Via Email option is checked.
Click the Continue link at the bottom of the page to update the settings.
