A teacher will not be available for interviews during a portion/all of an interview period. What do I do?
OPTIS allows you to define a period of time where a teacher is not available for interviews:
  • Click the Schedules link from the menu.
  • You will now see a list of registered users for your school. From the list of userss locate the teacher that will be unavailable.
    * You can quickly find a teacher by using the Search For User link.
  • Once you have found the teacher from the list. Click the Add Not Available Time icon next to their name.
  • Select a date from the list. Then choose a time for the Not Available Time to start, and for it to end.
  • Click the Continue link at the bottom of the page to finish.

    * Note: OPTIS also allows teachers to individually schedule their own Not Available Times. Click here to find out how.
