Parents cannot schedule new appointments. What do I do?
OPTIS has a setting that allows you to enable/disable the scheduling of new interview appointments. If this is mistakenly disabled parents will be unable to add new appointments. To enable new appointments do the following:
  • Locate the Tools link from the menu.
  • A drop-down menu will appear. Click the Settings link.
  • Ensure the Allow New Appointments option is checked.
  • Click the Continue link at the bottom of the page to update the settings.
