Help I want all teachers to have a break (i.e. lunch/supper) at the same time. What do I do? The easiest way to accomplish this is to set two Interview Periods with a break in the times in the middle. For example: Add an Interview Period from 9am to 12pm, and then add another Interview Period from 1pm to 5pm on the same day. This will create a 1 hour gap from 12pm to 1pm for all teachers where no appointments will be able to be scheduled, effectively creating a lunch break.
